Hello, I’m Michelle, Founder of A Mindful Middle.
My passions for a purposeful life include walking, mindfulness and mediation. Daily practices that helped me helped me achieve my goal of walking the Camino in 2018.
I returned with the realisation that our life’s journey is a Camino. A Mindful Middle is the journey I want to share – to have an appreciation for life and living in the moment. A Mindful Middle is my passion project.
The longing of the Camino is still calling. I am working towards my next Camino pilgrimage whilst I continue my Camino life of gratitude, simplicity and living in the moment.

About A Mindful Middle
The journey of A Mindful Middle started in 2014 when not long into my 40s the feeling of being in the middle of life began to emerge. I was the filling of the sandwich with the generations on either side of me consuming my life. Life was busy. Amongst all the chaos, I felt lost, with no purpose and direction.
I had a burning desire to rediscover myself, but was unsure how to do it.
I started with a daily morning walk and a simple meditation practice. My morning routine became an essential part of my day. I started to explore mindfulness and how I could incorporate in my day. Along the way, I learnt to appreciate life moment by moment.
I believe walking, mindfulness and meditation are the keys to open the door to a joyful, loving and healthy life.
A Mindful Middle is for like-minded people living in the middle years who love to walk or would like to walk more, and live a life of good health and happiness.
